Making a home ready-to-sell usually requires some home sale preparation in the form of home improvement projects to add value to the house. In addition to this, staging a home so that it appeals to a wide range of prospective buyers dramatically increases the chances of a quick sale at a higher price.

Staging Consultation with Room by Room Staging Plan While doing a walk-through I’ll make digital pictures of the house. A Room-by-Room Staging Plan will be developed which includes home improvement tips, recommended changes and suggestions regarding un-cluttering, neutralizing, furniture placement, accessorizing and paint colors. A bid for having me carry out the Staging Plan will be made upon request if the home owner decides to use my Staging Service.

Staging Occupied Home Furniture will be re-arranged to show the home's full potential. Decorative items and accent furniture will be provided if necessary. The Staging Service fee is priced after consultation. Pricing will vary depending on how much work the home owner wishes to do, versus how much hands-on I will be doing. For example: If closets need to be un-cluttered I could do this or the home owners could save money by doing this themselves. In case of complementary staging by a Real Estate Agent, a price for complete home staging can be calculated. Please contact me for details.

Staging a New or Empty Home The key rooms of brand new or empty homes will be staged with attractive furniture and decorations of excellent condition. Curb appeal and first impression outdoors will be improved. Pricing will vary on room sizes and project length.
